Clayton County has a new chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Ramona Thurman, former Clayton County Public Schools budget director, is the new CFO and Anthony Brister will serve as COO. Brister came from the Waggoner Engineering firm in Louisiana where he has a background in project and personnel management. The two were approved by the county commission in a 3-2 vote last week.
