The Clayton County Board of Assessors mailed out 2019 property taxes notices at the end of April, the office said Thursday.
A total of 92,884 notices were mailed -- 89,354 for property and 3,530 for businesses, the board said.
The notices include the 2019 fair market value, return value if any, and an estimated tax bill.
Valuation appeals can be made in person or by mail no later than June 10. Contact the Tax Assessors’s office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday at the Clayton Courthous, P.K. Dixon Annex in Jonesboro. For information call 770-477-3285.
