The Clayton County Board of Education, Superintendent, Morcease J. Beasley and Principal Donna Jackson are hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Kay R. Pace Elementary School of the Arts, according to a press release.
The ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the new school on the campus of M.D. Roberts Middle School. Kay R. Pace Elementary School of the Arts is located at 1821 Walt Stephens Road in Jonesboro. A reception and tour of the school will follow immediately after the ribbon cutting.
