Clarkdale students, community to get sneak peek of new school

Administrators will give a tour of the new Clarkdale Elementary School to local students, parents and community members. The "Sneak-a-peek" will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9 at the new school at 4725 Ewing Rd. in Austell. The old Clarkdale Elementary flooded in the fall of 2009 along with several area homes. Students have been attending other area schools since.
