Children’s sculpture program offered during holidays

Dec 20, 2010Kennesaw’s Smith-Gilbert Gardens is holding a sculpture education program Tuesday and Wednesday over the Christmas holidays for area school children.
The Looking at Sculpture program is for children kindergarten through 12 years old. Staff will lead tours of the garden’s 30 outdoor sculptures and discussions of techniques and themes for creating sculpture.
The sessions are set for Dec. 21-22 and Dec. 28-29 from 10 a.m. to noon. The two-hour program cost is $5 per child.
