CEO-elect Thurmond invites public to inaugural events

DeKalb County CEO-elect Michael Thurmond’s “New Day for DeKalb Inaugural Celebration 2017” steering committee has published a schedule of events that will honor DeKalb’s federal, state and local public servants. The committee is co-chaired by Gregory and Betty Levett and Will and Virginia Reece.

The co-chairs invite DeKalb residents and others to demonstrate their support for CEO-elect Thurmond and DeKalb’s public servants by attending and supporting the various events. All events are open to the public and many are free:
