A man is on the loose after a break-in at a DeKalb County electronics store, officials said.

And this isn’t the first time someone has broken into LMI electronics near Tucker, owner Scott Goodwin told Channel 2 Action News.

"It's like they're just having a field day," he said.

Crystal-clear surveillance video shows a man smashing the front window, and then he and another man go on a stealing spree inside. Yardley Alford was arrested Wednesday in connection with the incident, the news station reported.

"Still looking for the gentleman in the black," Goodwin said.

LMI specializes in setting up audio-visual networks. Goodwin said he’s out about $30,000 after the men took 13 television sets and two laptop computers and damaged the store.

The men went as far as to smash TVs they couldn’t take, he said. Then they ripped up walls.

DeKalb police believe the men involved may be linked to other burglaries in the area.

Goodwin shared pictures from the break-in with Channel 2 because he wants would-be burglars to know they’re being watched.

"I can't stand thieves,” he told Channel 2. “Now we're trying to do everything we can to get the second guy."

If you have information about the burglary or the second man, you’re asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
