The wait for such burger delicacies as Spicy Thai Shrimp and Chicken Marsala will soon be over, Gwinnett.

Buger21 recently announced its official Snellville opening date as May 30 – just in time for summer, said Jessica McLemore, spokeswoman for the Tampa-based restaurant chain.

The gourmet burgers and shakes spot, located at 1575 Scenic Highway, will be the second such franchise in Gwinnett and fourth in Metro Atlanta. The franchise has locations in Buford, Johns Creek and Buckhead as well.

Franchise owner Alex Kim has a number of grand opening plans including a raffle and swag bag giveaways to the first 100 guests, McLemore said.

“One lucky opening day winner will receive free Cheesy Burgers for a year after downloading and using our Burger 21 app on opening day,” McLemore said.

Burger 21’s menu features 21 specialty burgers such as the Tex-Mex Haystack, The OMG!, Black & Bleu and and Bacon Cheesy.
