Buford Commissioners approved a residential rezoning request Monday to allow for a new subdivision on Wade Orr Road. The 15.44-acre tract will be developed with 15,000 square foot minimum lots. Homes will have 2,600 square foot of heated space for a single-story home and 3,000 square foot of heated space for two-story homes, excluding garages and basements.
The rezoning requires a homeowners association be responsible for maintenance of all common grounds.
