Buckhead Coalition president says Buckhead is back

Former Atlanta Mayor Sam Massell, now president of the Buckhead Coalition, argued in a recent “State of the Community” address to the Buckhead Business Association that the area is showing signs of economic recovery. “A luxury market like Buckhead will be the last to feel the impending recession, and the first to overcome its impact,” Massell said in his speech. Massell said Buckhead’s growing population, sales increases, new apartment developments are all positive signs.
