The Brookhaven City Council approved two contracts for street improvements during its meeting Tuesday. The first is to Precise Development Group, which will construct sidewalks on Ashford Dunwoody Road, Donaldson Drive, North Druid Hills Road and Goodwin Road for $324,120. The other contract was awarded to H.E.H. Paving, Inc, which will receive $1,430,484.62 to resurface the city’s streets.
Another agreement approved by the council was to AECOM, for the design of the Brookhaven-Peachtree Road Livable Centers Initiative for pedestrian and streetscape improvements. The city received $763,320.41 in funding for the LCI from the Atlanta Regional Commission.
