The Brookhaven Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 3 at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road.
The commission will consider a rezoning request from Rockhaven Homes LLC to develop 29 single family attached units at 1271 and 1279 Dresden Drive and at 1264, 1268, 1272, 1276, and 1280 Peachtree View.
QuikTrip Corp. has requested a special land use permit for a gas station and liquor store at 3249 Buford Highway. RaceTrac has also request a special land use permit for a gas station and liquor store at 3630, 3640, and 3646 Clairmont Road.
The commission is also set to elect a chairman and vice chairman.
