The Brookhaven City Council will consider granting a special land use permit to RaceTrac Inc., during its regular meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. The permit is to allow for a gas station and alcohol outlet at 3630, 3640, and 3646 Clairmont Road.
There will also be a public hearing during the meeting to review a rezoning request by Rockhaven Homes LLC, to develop 28 single family attached units located at 1271 and 1279 Dresden Drive, and 1264, 1268, 1272, 1276, and 1280 Peachtree View.
Another agenda item is to consider the installation of stop signs at all approaches to the intersection of Appalachee Drive and Canoochee Drive.
