The Braselton Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 7 p.m. Oct. 24 on a request for annexation and re-zoning to build a 438,000-square-foot industrial building for manufacturing or distribution. The request by CHI/Acquisitions, LLC seeks to build a “state-of-the-art industrial building on a 30-acre property south of Highway 124 and northwest of Davis Road.
The Braselton Town Council will present a public hearing on the same request at 4 p.m. Nov. 10. Both public hearings will be held in the Braselton Police & Municipal Court Building, 5040 Highway 53.
