Ed board recognizes Cobb schools

The Georgia Department of Education has named 16 high schools in the Cobb County Schools district and Marietta High in the Marietta City Schools district as honor schools for the Advanced Placement program. The recognition was based on 2014 Advanced Placement courses and exams. Campbell, North Cobb and McEachern High Schools , which had at least 30 percent African-American or Hispanic students taking AP exams, were noted as AP access and support schools.
