Author Mukherjee to speak Oct. 6 in Duluth
Pulitzer Prize-winning author Siddharta Mukherjee will speak at 7 p.m. Oct. 6 at the Tommy P. Hughes Grand Ballroom, Salon 1 and 2, Gwinnett Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth.
Mukherjee is the author of “The Emperor of All Maladies,” a chronicle of the history of cancer that was named one of the 10 best books of 2010 by the New York Times. Mukherjee is an assistant professor of medicine at Columbia Medical Center.
