Austell variance board approves business request
The Austell Board of Variance and Appeals voted 3-0 Tuesday to approve the request of Burke Family Enterprises Inc.
Board members are Marlin Lamar, Ann Turner and Cindy Standard.
Company officials wanted to reduce rear setbacks for a building addition of 3,914 square feet at 5825 Gore Place.
This board’s decision is final, not needing review by the Austell City Council, the city’s Zoning Administrator Kathy Roberts said.
