People in the metro Atlanta area need to bundle up for the second straight night. The National Weather Service issued another freeze warning for central Georgia. This one is in effect from 10 p.m. Thursday through 10 a.m. Friday. Temperatures will be the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Friday's forecast: A chilly start will melt into a nice afternoon. Highs are expected to reach the mid-60s with plenty of sunshine, the Channel 2 Action News weather team said.

Will I need an umbrella? No way. There's no chance of rain.

What's ahead: Now would be the time to get out the umbrella. There is a 30 percent chance of rain Saturday and a 100 percent chance Sunday. Highs are expected to reach the low to mid-60s both days. Lows will be in the high 40s Saturday and will reach 50 Sunday.
