But sunny skies will bring temperatures in the high 50s before the end of the day.
More rain and even cooler temperatures are in store for Wednesday, forecasters predict.
While the low on Wednesday is expected to be 38, temperatures will likely only reach 52 degrees with a 20 percent chance of precipitation, forecasters said.
Partly cloudy skies are predicted for Thursday with a high in the mid-50s and a low in the lower 40s.
