ORIGINAL STORY: A pizza restaurant failed a recent health inspection, Fulton County records show.
Baba Jaan Pizza, located on Delowe Drive, scored a 31 following the Nov. 6 evaluation. Scores below 70 are considered failing. Its prior score, from August 2016, was a 100.
According to the report, several live roaches and spiders were seen during the inspection. Dead roaches were also reported.

“The facility must provide pest control from a licensed contractor within 10 days and provide invoice to health authority at follow up,” the report said.
Officials also reported heavy rust build-up on a can opener blade and an employee preparing food without a proper hair restraint.
A call placed to the manager were not immediately returned Tuesday. There is also a Baba Jaan Pizza in Jonesboro.
Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
