The city of Atlanta has launched a new phone line to assist customers with services and requests.

Resident and business work orders can be tracked in real time through ATL311. Customer service representatives are available for non-emergency issues by calling 311 from a home phone or 404-546-0311.

Services can also be submitted through atl311.com.

Bloomberg Philanthropies awarded the city a $3.3 million grant to fund the service. Its cloud-based system can be shared with other cities.
