The Community Development/Human Services Committee of the Atlanta City Council will hold its first quarter Comprehensive Development Plan Amendments Public Hearing 6 p.m. Monday, March 25 in the Council Chambers, 2nd floor, City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue, S.W. on several proposed CDP amendments for properties throughout Atlanta.
The areas include amendments to the land use element of the 2016 Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan, adoption of the Reimagine Greenbriar- The Greenbriar Town Center LCI Plan Update, implement recommendations of the Historic South Atlanta Neighborhood Masterplan and to adopt the Virginia-Highland 2018 Master Plan Update.
