Three suspects have been arrested in the weekend shooting death of a Kennesaw man.

Cobb County police said Wednesday that Brandon Love, 18, Percy Burdine, 29, and Jalin Collins, 18, all of Woodstock, have been arrested in the slaying of Milton Carl Kelley.

The 53-year-old Kelley was found fatally shot in the driveway of his Kennesaw home Saturday, Cobb police spokesman Sgt. Dana Pierce said.

The Cobb Sheriff's Office Fugitive Squad arrested Love on Tuesday afternoon at an apartment in Smyrna, while the Cobb Police Department S.W.A.T. team apprehended Burdine early Wednesday morning at his home in Woodstock, Pierce said.

The Fugitive Squad took Collins into custody Wednesday afternoon at a residence off Canton Road in north Cobb County, the police spokesman said.

All three suspects were arrested without incident. They are each charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. Love and Burdine were in custody at Cobb County Jail, and Collins was expected to soon join them.

Police have not released a possible motive for the shooting.
