Architecture, engineering and planning firm Clark Patterson Lee has opened its expanded regional headquarters at 3011 Sutton Gate Drive, in the Suwanee Gateway One building. The 7,548-square-foot regional headquarters, at the intersection of Interstate 85 and Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, underwent a $400,000 renovation.

This is CPL’s fourth expansion in Suwanee, and will allow for a 5 to 10 percent annual expansion over the next five years. CPL has recently added a landscape architect, civil engineer, planner, code official and a marketing coordinator to the Suwanee office. The company has 260 employees in four states including, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and New York.
