The Atlanta Police Department is looking for leaders between the ages for 18-25 to join the Millennial Leaders Police Citizens Academy. The program encourages participants to provide invaluable feedback to enhance police and community relations.

The course will include:

• Active shooter instruction

• Law enforcement interactions specific to young adults

• Law enforcement and social media

• Criminal procedure

• Sex trafficking

• Use of force

• Advice for after the party (How alcohol impairs judgement).

The class will be held Dec. 19-20 at the Public Safety Headquarters, 226 Peachtree Street SW, Atlanta.
