Alpharetta updating citywide plan

The city of Alpharetta is seeking input from residents as it updates its comprehensive land use plan.

Two upcoming meetings are planned. The first will be at 6:30 Tuesday at Alpharetta City Hall, 2 Park Plaza. The second will be February 25 at the Alpharetta YMCA, 3655 Preston Bridge Road.

The comprehensive plan is a formal city policy used to guide the city’s future growth and community development. Included are trends and goals for land use patterns, housing, roadway development and other infrastructure. The plan’s required to be updated every five years.
