Alpharetta parks officials have scheduled a “community conversation” for the evening of June 13 to discuss possible improvements to Union Hill Park and Windward Park.

The Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs invites public comment for the master plan of the two parks. The meeting is to take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m., June 13, at Alpharetta City Hall, 2 Park Plaza.

In the announcement for the meeting, officials describe the two parks as “currently underutilized facilities that we want to remake into fun, energized spaces that will attract and serve Alpharetta’s citizens.” Parks staff and consultants will be on hand to listen to residents.
