375 complaints later, BBB issues warning about Gwinnett plumbing biz
The Better Business Bureau is warning Gwinnett residents about a local plumbing business they say has received 375 complaints since October 2014.
The BBB issued its official warning about Sugar Hill's Paige Plumbing & Septic, which currently has an "F" rating, on Tuesday.
"Consumers allege that company does not fulfill the service obligations they were paid to do," the BBB news release said. "Other consumer allegations have been that Paige Plumbing & Septic has been paid in advance for work to be completed, and then the company allegedly does not return to finish the repairs."
The BBB said it also discovered in February that the business does not have proper licensing.
The business is located at 282 Owen Circle in Sugar Hill. Rodney and Brandy Morales are listed as principal officers. A number listed for the business appeared to have been disconnected Thursday morning.
