The Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance and Aerotropolis Atlanta CIDs will host the 2nd annual State of the Aerotropolis 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14 at Georgia International Convention Center, 2000 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta.

This breakfast event will feature leaders from the organizations working together to drive economic investment and increase coordination around the world’s busiest airport — Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Some of Atlanta’s most influential leaders will discuss the history of the AeroATL effort, what has been accomplished so far, and Aerotropolis Atlanta’s future.

Since its formation in 2014, the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance has been the driving force behind the revitalization of the area around Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The non-profit membership organization and a coalition of leading business and community leaders is united to make Aerotropolis Atlanta a world-class destination for business, connectivity, and living.

Governed by a 26-member board of the district’s top private sector leaders, local Mayors, County Commissioners, and Chambers of Commerce, the mission is to improve and sustain the quality of life for those who live, work and play there.
