A motion capture theme park, a virtual reality experience and a hotel designed by the musician Kenny Rogers may be part of the Atlanta Media Campus, a planned redevelopment in Norcross.
But first, the developer has to finish negotiating with fiber optics manufacturer OFS. As demand for its product has grown, the company has reconsidered just how much of its space it wants to give up.
