The Fayette County Board of Commissioners will hold a special-called meeting Wednesday to discuss litigation in executive session. It is unclear what the topic will be but the 9 a.m. meeting comes two days after a federal judge required the county to use district voting to fill a seat left vacant by the death of commissioner Pota Coston, the county’s first black commissioner. The session will be in the county commissioners’ public meeting room at the Fayette County Administrative Complex, 140 Stonewall Avenue West, Suite 100 in Fayetteville.
