Duluth delays openings
The city of Duluth is delaying some openings Tuesday, in anticipation of icy weather.
The city offices and the Municipal Court will not open until 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The delayed opening is “for the safety of our employees and customers,” the city said in a release.
