Gwinnett County’s cleaning company failed to wipe down toilets and refill soap dispensers. Complaint after complaint was filed, but the improvements never came.
So the county fired them, with nine months left on their contract.
Now, Gwinnett is trying to recoup tens of thousands of dollars it spent to hire emergency cleaners and rebid the initial contract.
