More than a dozen of Atlanta Public Schools’ valedictorians and salutatorians aspire to work in medicine — The list provided by the school district includes career goals ranging from pediatric dentist to wildlife veterinarian.
Two students are apparently eager to land the official Worst Job of 2015—journalist.
Another student who may or may not have watched too much Scandal lists her career goal as “attorney/public relations specialist.”
(It’s ok, kid, we think Olivia has a killer wardrobe too.)
But at least some students are looking out for their financial futures. APS has one future petroleum (or nanotechnology) researcher and one top student who aims to “own an engineering company that does business with ‘BIG’ oil companies.”
