Atlanta-area parents and students can get free college application and financial aid advice this fall at events hosted by the Westminster Schools.
On Thursday, the school will host a college night including a panel discussion featuring university admissions representatives. Staff from Elon University, UCLA, the University of South Carolina, Wellesley College and Yale University will be in attendance. The event is 7 p.m. at the Cobb Energy Centre, 2800 Galleria Parkway.
On Nov. 12, Davidson College Associate Dean Chad Spencer will discuss need-based and merit-based financial aid. The event will be held in Robinson Hall at The Westminster Schools, at 1424 West Paces Ferry Road NW.
Both events are open to all metro Atlanta high school students and their parents.
