2015’s most beautiful college campus in the world is in Georgia

Winter Wonderland at Berry College Berry College, near Rome, Ga., was transformed Friday as snow fell through much of Georgia. Berry has been rated one of the most beautiful college campuses in the U.S. and the World. Students took time to enjoy the winter wonderland.

Looks aren't everything, but when one of the most opinionated online communities takes notice, you have to stop and see what the fuss is about.

BuzzFeed readers were asked to weigh in on the most beautiful college campuses in the world, and Berry College near Rome, Ga. takes top honors.

Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Berry has nearly 30,000 bucolic acres of woodlands, meadows, lakes and streams. Campus buildings reflect a variety of architectural styles, with one of the school's most celebrated structures being the English Gothic-inspired Ford Dining Hall.

Berry College was also named one of America's "Most Beautiful College Campuses" by Travel and Leisure magazine in 2011.
