Georgia students take part in ‘Hour of Code’

Schools across Georgia this week will participate in the "Hour of Code," an initiative to expose students to computer science. The event is an hour-long introduction to computer science organized by Code.org, a nonprofit. The group offers grade-appropriate tutorials online and helps teachers organize the lesson. The event is tied to Computer Science Education Week, Dec. 8-14.
