Walker County Schools in North Georgia are back on a normal schedule after a series of infections had decimated both the students and staff.

The system had shut down last week so many people were sick.

Across Georgia and the nation, other school sytems are bracing for outbreaks of influenza and norovirus that have caused schools to close.
