DeKalb school officials: Full accreditation imminent

DeKalb County school officials said recently that achieving full accreditation is not too far off for the oft-struggling district.

During a site visit in early December, members of an outside review team were shown evidence the district tackled three items that it needed to address, according to accreditation firm AdvancED.
