Decatur schools to close early, ahead of storm

With a winter storm bearing down on Atlanta, City Schools of Decatur announced Thursday night that they will close two hours early Friday.

Parents got recorded phone messages warning of winter weather concerns.

Snow could reach the metro area late Friday, forecasters say.
