Cobb selects teacher of the year

Cobb recently named Rhonda Lokey its Teacher of the Year. Lokey is a humanities teacher at Campbell Middle School. On Friday, several local dignitaries and the district’s superintendent surprised Lokey with the award during a school assembly.
