Two small Clayton County schools, the Elite Scholars Academy and the Martha Ellen Stilwell School for the Performing Arts, had the highest graduation rates in the district.

The state Department of Education released graduation rates for Georgia Monday morning.

Clayton at 66.4 percent, lagged the state. Georgia’s average rate for 2015 is 78.8 percent.
