Cherokee School Board to meet

The Cherokee County School Board is scheduled to meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at Canton High School’s school board auditorium.

Board members are expected to discuss district financial reports, capital project updates and a new parent entrance at Carmel Elementary.

The board will also take up some personnel issues and, in executive session, a student discipline issue. Canton High is at 111 Academy Street in Canton.
