Members of the Atlanta Board of Education and school district staff will march in the 2015 Atlanta Pride Parade this weekend.

Board member Leslie Grant organized the board’s participation to highlight the Anti-Defamation League’s “No Place for Hate” programming in Atlanta Public Schools.

Real estate agent Rob Smith paid the entry fee.

“Many of our students face very stressful situations every day and could use a show of support for tolerance and diversity from APS leadership,” Grant said. “Anyone in the APS family is welcome to join us.”
