ANCS, DeKalb PATH finalists for Charter School of the Year
Two Atlanta-area schools are finalists for the Georgia Charter Schools Association Charter School of the Year Award.
The finalists include Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School and DeKalb PATH Academy. Mountain Education Center, a state charter school, is also a finalist.
The charter school association selects schools for the award based on academic achievement, fiscal practices, sustainability and other measures. The winning school will receive a $50,000 grant from the Coca-Cola Foundation.
