Superior Court Judge Jerry Baxter sentenced 10 former Atlanta Public School educators for their roles in the cheating scandal. He hit some hard, those whom he said were at the top of the chain of command. Others he let off more lightly. Here is a list of the educators and their punishments.

Sharon Davis-Williams, 59

Michael Pitts, 59

Dana Evans, 48
Former principal of Dobbs Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, false statements and writings.
Sentence: One year in prison and four on probation, 1,000 hours of community service.
Tabeeka Jordan, 43
Former assistant principal of Deerwood Academy
Guilty of racketeering.
Sentence: Two years in prison and three on probation, 1,500 hours of community service, $5,000 fine.
Donald Bullock, 59
Former test coordinator at B.E. Usher/Collier Heights Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, two counts of false statements and writing, false swearing.
Accepted responsibility and a recommended sentence deal from the district attorney’s office and gave up his rights to any appeals.
Sentence: Six months of weekends in jail and five years of probation, 1,500 hours of community service tutoring inmates and children who were harmed, $5,000 fine.
Theresia Copeland, 58
Former test coordinator at Benteen Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, false statements and writing.
Sentence: One year in prison, four on probation; $1,000 fine, 1,000 hours of community service.
Diane Buckner-Webb, 53
Former teacher at Dunbar Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, two counts of false statements and writings.
Sentence: one year in prison and four on probation, 1,000 hours of community service, $1,000 fine.
Pamela Cleveland, 55
Former teacher at Dunbar Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, two counts of false statements and writings.
Accepted responsibility and a recommended sentence deal from the district attorney’s office and gave up her rights to any appeals.
Sentence: One year of a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m confinement at home or by her ailing parents’ sides, five years of probation, 1,000 hours of community service, $1,000 fine.
Angela Williamson, 48
Former teacher at Dobbs Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, two counts of false statements and writings, two counts of false swearing.
Sentence: Two years in prison and three on probation, 1,500 hours of community service, $5,000 fine.
Shani Robinson, 31
Former teacher at Dunbar Elementary
Guilty of racketeering, false statements and writings.
She just had a child and will be sentenced in August.
