Every penny counts for many families around metro Atlanta, especially around the holidays.

This weekend JROTC cadets will be out in full force at local Kroger stores to collect donations for underprivileged children in Atlanta. The money will go towards the Empty Stocking Fund that provides toys, clothing and books for children during the holidays.

Your spare change is appreciated, however, for only $20 you can sponsor holiday gifts for a single child.
