The Gwinnett Chamber is launching its 2015 Membership & Sponsorship Campaign with hopes to raise $1,225,000 and 100 members. This year's campaign, 'A Perfect 10,' will coincide with the organization's 10th anniversary.

The Gwinnett Chamber's all volunteer-led Membership and Sponsorship Campaign, will kick off on August 13 at Gwinnett Chamber. The campaign, titled "Let's Make it a Perfect 10!," will continue through January 2016 generating new members, program and event sponsorships, selling advertising in Chamber publications and raising awareness of the Gwinnett Chamber throughout the region.

Over 100 of the Chamber's top volunteers will raise funds for initiatives that promote business development, networking, and enhanced visibility for Gwinnett and metro Atlanta businesses. The campaign will be carried out by Campaign Co-Chairs Anthony Rodriguez of Aurora Theatre and Pat McDonough of Andersen, Tate & Carr, PC, five vice chairs, 50+ corporate teams, 150+ team members; Gwinnett Chamber Board of Directors and Chamber staff. Volunteers are responsible for selling memberships, sponsorships and securing budget trades.

"I am honored to serve as the co-chair on the 10th anniversary of one of the largest and most successful campaigns in the state. Our captains and teams are energized and ready to make this the best campaign yet!" said Rodriguez.

The campaign will continue through the fall with reward sessions every other Thursday at various locations and at the Victory Celebration in January 2016, celebrating the top producers. Those who generate $16,500 or more will earn a reward trip in February 2016 to Turks and Caicos.

"The campaign offers a multitude of opportunities for engagement including everything from broad-based membership meetings to young professional development, the 1,000+ attended Annual Dinner, the Button Down Dash 5K/10K to the Gwinnett edge magazine – all designed with business and community growth in mind," said Vince DeSilva, Sr. Vice President of Membership at the Gwinnett Chamber.

The Gwinnett Chamber sees the program as offering volunteers more than a way to provide funds to sustain programs for business development, community improvement and member services, but also gives volunteers an opportunity to grow professionally, expand business and community contacts, and help the Gwinnett Chamber become stronger and more vital for area businesses.

"If you are approached by one of the campaign's volunteers, please take a few minutes to browse the Sponsorship Product Manual. There might be a perfect match for your business to gain valuable exposure in the Gwinnett area business community by supporting the Chamber program you value most," said DeSilva.
