A Carrollton man has been charged with two counts of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated sodomy and one count of aggravated sexual battery after allegedly sexually assaulting two females early on Halloween, according to a news release.

Brandon Keith Rounsaville, 28, was transported to the Carroll County Jail for booking after he was located, police said in the news release.

About 4:25 a.m. Sunday, Carrollton Police Department officers were called to the River Pointe Apartments, where two females reported being sexually assaulted, police said.

The females told police they were approached by a male while they walked to a residence, police said in the news release. Both females eventually escaped and called for assistance, according to police.
