A high school graduation party turned deadly Sunday, when one person was shot and killed and two others were injured in the southeastern Georgia town of Alamo.

The shootings happened about 2:10 a.m. on Bluebird Lane, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Police said a large graduation party was underway when several people exchanged gunfire.

Ronesta Kotoya Williams, 42, of Alamo was shot and killed, and two other people — Michael Waddell, 26, of McRae and India Harris, 18, of Alamo — were injured.

Waddell was listed in critical condition. Harris received a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and received medical treatment.

No arrests have been made.
